Health Matters provides dry packaged whole food Products and Services in the form of Workshops, Consultations and Retreats.  These Products or Services can be purchased or booked via our Website (www.healthmatters.rocks).  All information on this Website is as accurate as possible and if mistakes occur we will rectify these as soon as is reasonably possible upon discovery.

 

Our business operates on a strict payment in advance basis. Both cash-on-delivery and electronic payment are acceptable for Products and Services, but we are unable to offer credit to our customers. The making of prompt payment is thus inherently agreed upon by the customer in their placing of an order for a Product or Service. 

 

We will do everything reasonable to ensure the successful delivery of your Products and Services.  In the case of Products, third-party courier services will be used if you opt for delivery rather than pick-up, and whilst we cannot guarantee their efficient performance, we will use all reasonable efforts to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Your Personal Details, including contact details such as email, phone number and address, may be explicitly requested whilst using our Website for purchasing Products, booking Services or signing up to our Mailing List.  This information will not be used for anything other than conducting our business, including but not limited to fulfilling orders and marketing communications via email or phone.  In the case of Product Delivery, your Personal Details will be shared with a third-party courier, solely for the purpose of facilitating successful delivery of goods ordered.  We will not collect or store your financial details, such as bank accounts or card details, as these are processed by third-party providers. Beyond the stipulations above, your Personal Details will never be made available to or sold to anyone else.

 

Return Policy

 

If you aren't completely satisfied, get in touch and we will endeavour to find a solution as quickly as possible.  
- We offer a money-back guarantee against the return of unopened Food Matters products for a 24 hour period after delivery.
- For Workshops, Consultations and Retreats, we offer a full money-back guarantee for cancellations made at least 10 calendar days in advance, and 50% for cancellations up to 5 calendar days in advance - unfortunately after these cutoffs we are unable to refund any fees paid.

 

Environmental Policy

 

Health Matters attempts to use environmentally friendly packaging & processes.  In return, we ask you to please recycle packaging whenever possible.

 

Ingredients Policy

 

Health Matters will always bring wholegrain products to you, with none of the goodness taken away.  We use non-GMO ingredients, and if it comes to light that any products include GMO ingredients, or we suspect they do, we will remove these ingredients from our products. Furthermore, we never use preservatives, so do note that products have a limited shelf life and are often best stored in airtight glass containers or the fridge.
